House and shop. Circa 1840. Limestone rubble, roughcast, end brick stacks, C20 double roman tile roof. Gothick.
3-storey, 3-bays. Central square-headed door opening with chamfered ashlar architrave, C20 door. To right 2-light
mullion window, chamfered, with depressed-arch head to each light, to left C20 shopfront. Similar windows to first and
second floors. Wing to right return of 3-bays, 3-storeys, running for 30 metres along Cats Ash. Irregular fenestration,
mostly sashes with glazing bars, flush mounted.
