Outbuilding probably formerly a detached kitchen, now used for storage. C16/C17. Coursed rubble, freestone dressings,
coped verges with bases for finials, stone-tiled and asbestos sheeting roofs, ashlar stack. Single storey, 2:2:1:2:2
bays; stone-mullioned windows of 2-lights. Three door openings, plank doors, 2 in freestone surrounds. Two broad
segmental-headed carriage openings, one blocked. Interior with brick and stone brewing vat with copper; broad open
fireplace with good moulded surround. The building in a poor state of repair at time of resurvey, April 1986. (VAG
report, unpublished SRO, April 1975).
