(Marked on O.S. map as No. 13). Farmhouse, now house. C17/C18. Coursed and squared rubble, triple Roman tile roof,
cored verges, end brick stacks. Two storeys and attic, 3 bays, 2-light casements, those to first floor directly under
the eaves; fixed-light 15-pane casement to left of ground floor. Central C20 half-glazed door in a projecting C20
porch. Single-storey lean-to to each return, pent roofs.
