House. Date 1820. Random jointed ashlar, moulded cornice, coping with plain parapet, triple-Roman tile roof
decorative ridge tiles, coped verges, 3 ashlar stacks with moulded caps, further rendered stack to right incorporating
a bellcote and a bell. Symmetrical garden front of 2 storeys and attics, 3 bays, 4-pane sash windows with marginal
lights in bead-moulded stone surrounds to first floor, 6-light French windows to ground floor in moulded stone
architraves. Central door opening in a similarly moulded stone surround, 4-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed.
Verandah extends the whole length of the ground floor frontage, tent canopy hood of metal with some glazed panels,
decorative cast iron supports.
