GV II

House. Early C19. Roughcast, double Roman tile roof, crested ridge, parapet with coping, coped verges, and brick
stacks. Symmetrical, storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows to first floor, 6-pane sash windows to ground floor, each in
a plain stone surround with a slightly cambered head and an emphasised keystone. Central door opening in a
semi-circular headed stone suround, 6-panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars; cambered wooden hood on
brackets.
