Farmhouse. Early and late C19. Ashlar and snecked rubble, an ashlar stack with a moulded cap, a brick stack and 2
snecked rubble stacks, one rising from eaves level, coped verges, slate roofs. In 2 sections, to left Regency villa,
lower height Tudor style addition to right. 2:3-bays; 2 storeys; section to left with pilasters, cornice, parapet,
coping, first floor band, 2-light casements with marginal glazing bars, architraves, on ground floor 2 pairs of French
windows. Right 3 bays with 3-light stone-mullioned windows, on ground floor transomed, square-paned leaded lights. Door
opening to right of left 2 bays, 4-centred arch opening, shallow porch, achievement, cornice, coping, ribbed door.
