Dwelling, now outhouse. C17, perhaps earlier, reroofed circa 1970. Cob and random rubble rendered on South and West
fronts, thatched roof, half hipped on projecting wing. "L"-plan facing South. 2-storeys, small moulded window,
segmental door opening on left return elevation. Lacking dateable features. Listed for Group Value.
