Cottage. C17, altered C20. Roughcast, double Roman tile roof, brick stacks, large external stepped stack on facade. 3
cell and cross passage plan. One and a half storeys, four bays, irregularly placed fenestration, 1, 2 and 3-light C20
casements, 3 flat headed dormers, C20 entrance on rear elevation. Interior: four- centred arch doorway through timber
frame with brick infill partition right, chamfered beams with diamond stops, chamfered lintel to fireplace, similar
chamfered beam and timber with brick infill screen to left.
