House and cottage. House: probably early C18. Red brick with grey headers laid
in Flemish bond; old plain-tile roof; brick end stacks and ridge stack to right
of centre. 2 storey, 5-window range. C19 panelled and glazed door with overlight
and flat hood to centre. 12-pane unhorned sashes with segmental brick heads to
ground floor except blind panel to right of centre. Flat brick band between
ground and first floor. 4-light wood casement to first floor left. 2-light wood
casements to centre and left of centre. 9-pane sashes to right of centre and
right. Dentil brick cornice to eaves. Interior not inspected. Cottage to right
probably early C18. Red brick with grey headers laid in Flemish bond; old
plain-tile roof. 2 storey, 2-window range. Segmental headed 2-light casement to
all openings.
