House. Mid C18. Coursed chalk rubble; left side wall of banded flint and chalk.
Gabled old tile roof; brick right end and rear lateral stacks. Original 2-unit
outshut plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Segmental brick arches over C20 door
and flanking casements: C20 first-floor casements. Brick dentilled eaves. Later
C18 extensions to rear left of 2-storey, 2-bay range, and one-storey extension
to right of front: both of similar materials. Interior not inspected but noted
as having chamfered beams. Subsidiary features: C18 wall to rear left of flint
rubble with brick bands and saddleback coping.
