BRIGHTWELL CUM SOTWELL THE STREET SU5890 (North side) Brightwell 6/21 Moat Cottage 16/06/87

GV II House. Probably early C19. Roughcast, on brick; thatch roof, hipped to right, half-hipped to left; brick ridge stacks to left and right of centre. Single storey and attic; 4-window range at right angles to street. Plank door to centre. 2-light casements to ground floor, those to left and right of centre with Gothick glazing bars. 2 gabled full dormers with 3-light casements to centre with old plain-tile roofs and surrounds. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
