2 storey 5 window late C18 dark red brick front. Tuscan doorcase with fanlight,
panelled reveals and pediment. Sash windows with wood linings to reveals. Entrance
steps, area railings. Unusual eaves cornice with balls to soffit. A typical
but very good late C18 house in a prominent position. Slate roof, swept at eaves.
Curved gable end parapets. Attached to right of front are a pair of contemporary
red brick gatepiers to yard entrance. Wrought iron overthrow incorporates acorn
motif.

Nos 15 to 21 (odd) including Veterinary Surgery at No 21 form a group
together with No 13 which is of local interest.
