3 storey early C19 brown brick front at right angles to the road. Centre breaks
forward. Moulded cornice, hipped slate roof. 5 windows, 3-light windows in centre.
Sashes, glazing bars, 3 bay Tuscan porch. Doorway with side-lights, traceried
fanlight and double 3-panel doors.

Mary Street House, the Lawn, Unitarian Chapel and the School, Mary Street, form a
group with all the listed buildings in Mount Street and Vivary Park. Wilton House
in Hammets Walk, and Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street.
