House. Circa 1840. Render grooved as ashlar, pilaster quoins, steeply pitched bitumen covered slate roof, overhanging
eaves, paired console brackets, large roughcast stacks gable ends. Plan: double pile facing south, service wing
adjoining west, lean-to addition east gable end. Two storeys, 3 bays, 20-pane sash windows, with 12-pane above central
half glazed door, rectangular light, flat roofed wooden columnar porch; single storey 2-bay service wing to left,
semi-circular projection presumably bread oven. Right return, 9 and 12-pane sash windows above random rubble, slate
roofed, lean-to addition.
