GV II

Farmhouse, Circa 1860, undergoing restoration at time of survey (April 1984). For Thomas Blaek. Rough cast over brick
and rubble, shallow pitch, hipped slate roof, roughcast stacks rising from eaves, overhanging eaves with soffit board.
L-plan. Double pile facing roughly South with long service wing to North East, entrance porch in angle. 2 storeys, 3
bay main block, 2 full height canted outer bays containing sash windows without glazing bars, smaller similar sash
windows centre, entrance in angle of right return with service wing, single storey, flat-roofed porch, semi-circular
headed door, fanlight and panelled door. Interior not sighted. Listed primarily For group value with faribuildings (qv)
at rear.
