House. Cl7, with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed. Ground floor
red brick in Flemish bond, first floor weatherboarded. Plain tile roof.
Lobby-entry plan of one bay to left and two to right of stack bay. 2
storeys and garret. Half-hipped roof with gablets. Multiple red and grey
brick ridge stack to left of centre. Irregular fenestration of 3 three-
light casements and one very small light under stack. Half-glazed door
under stack. Short two-storey rear wing to left, with red and grey brick
ground floor, C20 weatherboarded first floor, and plain-tile roof half-
hipped to rear. Rear lean-to to rest of main range. Interior: only
partly inspected. Exposed framing to ground floor, with evidence for
continuous jetty, and for stairs (non-extant) between door and stack.
Chamfered axial beams. Brick fireplace. Wrongly called Roslyn Villa and
Normans Villa in 1960 Provisional List.
