House, formerly two cottages, now house. Late C17 or C18. Timber-framed,
rendered, with plain tile roof. 3 timber-framed bays. 2 storeys and
garret. Half-hipped roof. Rendered brick stack to left end of central
bay. Irregular fenestration of 2 two-light'wooden casements. Two three-
light casements to ground floor. Rendered porch with lean-to roof and
boarded door, to right of centre. Rear lean-to. Interior: exposed
framing. Bevelled cross beam to each of two ground-floor rooms and another
across right side of stack. Axial beams to first floor. Gunstock -
jowled principal posts. Staggered butt purlin roof. Rendered rectangular
inglenook fireplace to right ground-floor room and small elliptical brick
fireplace with wooden bressumer to left. Attic stairs behind stack.
