east of Brookland Stores

GV II

Formerly house and shop, now house. Early-to-mid C19. Ground floor
red brick with occasional grey bricks in Flemish bond. First floor tile
hung. Plain tile roof. 2 parallel ranges. 2 storeys, hipped roof.
Projecting brick stack to right. Regular 2-window front of 6-pane glazing
bar sashes. 2 canted bays to ground floor with boarded door within C20
glazed porch between them, all under a continuous corniced pentice.
Interior not inspected. Listed for group value only.
