Gate Piers and Wall at Manor

Gate piers and wall. C18, in small part rebuilt C20. Ashlar, coursed rubble
stone, and red brick. Stone coped. Extending right from right corner of
facing gable of Manor House (q.v.) a short section of rubble stone wall,
followed by pair of rusticated stone gate piers. These have cornices,
blocking courses, and small curved pedestals supporting stone balls.
Extending further right along Main Street a further short section of stone
wall then a long section of brick wall with rubble stone plinth, c4m high.
