Early C17. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Stone slate roof with 2 gabled dormers
with leaded casements, between roof gables. One brick and one stone chimney stack.
3 gables, one an oriel with moulded bressumer over archway, and 2 bays of 2 storeys
under the other gables, each with a 6-light window with moulded stone mullions.
Moulded string at eaves and between storeys, forming lintel to windows, Small
2-light stone mullioned window with rectangular drip-mould over central door.
Early C19 wood doorcase with open pediment, grooved pilasters, paterae. Modern
door.. Plinth. 2 inset foot scrapers.

Nos 31 to 34 (consec)and Old Technical School form a group.
