House, formerly 2 houses. C17 and early C18 units with C19 alterations.
Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, the left hand block is banded
with a stone coped gable, the right with close eaves and brick gable
stacks, both have pantiled roofs. Right hand block of 2 bays with
2 storeys, heavily moulded eaves cornice. The left hand block is single,
storey with garrets. Windows to right are C19 plain sashes with timber
lintels. Left hand side windows are on the ground floor a C19 3 light
casement with segmental brick head, and above a 2 light C19 casement
with timber lintel. In the gable are traces of a blocked C17 window.
Inside Principal timbers in left hand part are large with complex stops.
