On East side, 3-storey, early C19, built on L-shaped plan, brick, pantile
roof, windows with flat stone arches, shaped and with keystones; similar
to those of Spittlegate Mill House. Flush frames glazing bars. Doorway
with head as window, one modern bay window on ground floor. Stone steps
with iron handrail. Typical of style.
