Mid C19, Three storeys in red brick. Welsh slate roof with eaves cornice. Three storeys, stone lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars, cills continue in bands. Two doors of six panels set back up three steps, similar head. Carriage entrance to left, double doors. Stone plinth.
