BINBROOK LIMBER HILL

2/9 Binbrook Hill Farm
G.V. II

Farmhouse. c.1840. Yellow brick with painted stucco dressings,
hipped slate roof with grey tile dressings, with 2 yellow brick
ridge stacks with moulded tops. L-plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front
with timber fascia, central half glazed panelled door, traceried
fanlight, flanked by fluted pilasters supporting an open
pediment. To either side single tall glazing bar sashes. To
first floor are 3 shorter similar windows. All windows have
splayed stucco lintels.
