C18 narrow brick house of 3 storeys, 2 at rear, in Dutch bond with pantile roof.
One 3-light sash window to each floor, shallow reveals, flat arched heads, no
glazing bars on ground floor. Right-hand entrance, simple moulded wooden doorcase,
door of 6 panels, 4 glass, rectangular fanlight.
Nos 44 to 66 (even) form a group with Nos 82 and 84.
