Early C18 range of houses. No 74 with 2 modern shop fronts inserted. 3 storeys
in red brick with pantile roof. Slight central projection. 4:1:5 windows, hung
sashes with flush frames, brick voussoirs, only 2 retain glazing bars. Moulded
brick cornice, central pediment and elliptical ground floor carriage arch, 1st
floor scolloped window arch and brick surround, Roman Doric pilasters on brackets
with entablatures and cornice. Central 2nd floor window arches scolloped (blocked).
Parapet with stone coping.

The Parish Church of all Saints forms a group with Nos 62 to 90 (even) Church Street.
