2 Estate cottages, now single cottage. Early C19, some C20
alterations. Red brick. Half hipped slate roof. Single ridge
yellow brick stack. Single storey, plus garret, 4 bays. Pointed
arched doorway, plank door with 2 pointed arched panels. To the
right are 3 casements with pointed arched overlights, each with 2
pointed arched lights. Attached to the left is a red brick lean-
to with single glazing bar Yorkshire sash.
