1897, but school founded 1701. Jacobean revival with variations. Red brick with
white stone dressings, slate roof. Turret with gabled cupola. Gibbs architraves
to doors. Stone panels with shields. String courses. 1+ storeys and attics,
mostly 7 windows, variety of types. Main entrance on 1st floor approached by
balustraded stair, Bracketed hood above.
