Early C19 pair of houses. Stock brick, coped parapet with panelled brick band
below. 2 storeys, 2 windows each with shaped brick panels above. Modern glazing.
No 19 has early/mid C19 shop front, entablature with cornice, architrave and shaped
frieze. Side house door and central shop door with pilasters in frame. Some
glazing bars remain to shp windows. No 9 has altered corner shop front.
Grade II for No 10 shop front and important corner position of No 9.

Nos 52 to 58 (even) Artillery Lane form a group with Nos 2 to 16 (consec) Artillery
Passage and with the bollards at the junction of the 2 streets.
