Built 1843-1848. Semi-detached pair of timber-framed and weatherboarded cottages.
2 storeys. 2 window bays. Glazing bars intact. Slate roof and central brick
stack with 3 tall pots. Littlecot to the left, west side, has on the far left
a doorway with a plain transom light. There are indications above that there
was formerly a porch with ogee roof. The door is plain. Ferncot has a 4 flush-
panelled door on the east end wall. Both houses have been damaged.
