Terrace forming part of formal stucco composition - George Basevi. Circa 1825. Each
house 3 storey and basement and slated mansard, 2 windows wide. Continuous balustraded
parapet and modillion cornice. Projecting porches with lotus caps to piers and inset
round headed doorways. Cast iron balcony to 1st floor along whole facade breaking
forward over porches. Balconies to ground floor windows. Ground and 1st floor windows
square French headed with casements. Spearhead area railings.
