Terraced house. c.1810-20 as part of J.T. Parkinson's Montagu Square
Portman Estate development. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground
floor. Semicircular arched doorway to right; later door in original
reeded jambs under reeded head and radial patterned fanlight. Recessed
glazing bar sashes, under flat gauged arches to upper floors. Plat band
finishing off stuccowork at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping.
Cast iron balconettes to 1st floor windows. Cast iron area railings with
urn finials.
