(even) q.v. Stock brick; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows
wide. Mid C.20 shop front to ground floor. Recessed glazing bar sashes
under flat gauged arches to upper floors. 1st floor plat band. Parapet
with stone coping. Included for group value only.
