Terraced house. c.1780-1800, Portman Estate development. Stock brick
with channelled stucco ground floor. Square headed doorway to left with
panelled door and fanlight under channelled voussoir flat arch; similar
arches to ground floor windows. Upper floors have recessed sashes with
stuccoed reveals under flat stucco voussoired and keyed arches. Plat
band finishing off ground floor stucco work at 1st floor sill level.
Projecting sills on ground and 1st floors with Victorian cast iron
guards. Parapet with stone coping. Victorian cast iron area railings.
