Terraced town house c.1725-30. Brown brick, basement and ground floor stuccoed, the
latter channelled. Slate mansard roof. Three storeys, basement and attic with
dormers. Flanking giant channelled stucco pilasters to upper floors, right hand one
shared with No 66. Entrance reset to corner position from adjoining bay, possibly
in 1821. Wooden Georgian style pedimented doorcase probably c1933. Since 1957 united
with No 66 (qv) as Estate Office.
