Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to eaves.
Tudor/"Gothic" manner. 2 to 3 storeys. 2 windows wide. Entrance to right
projecting gabled porch with 4-centred entrance. Panelled door. Square-headed
windows with drip-moulds, 2-light to right, 3-light to left; with timber mullions
and transoms. Plate glass casements. Pointed second storey lancet to left hand
bay in gable. Smaller gable to right with stepped sides. Moulded coping to
gables.
