Villa and front garden wall. Mid C19. Yellow-brown brick with stucco
dressings. 2 storeys and basement, gabled bay to left with attic, 2 bays to
right, further gabled wing, recessed to left with later glazed addition in
angle. Steps to porch with angle pilasters containing double doors with
overlight. Frieze and cornice to porch and gabled bay and angle pilasters to
ground floor. To right, sashes with glazing bars to upper sash under flat gauged
brick arches. 1st floor band. 1st floor, sashes in architraves on consoles.
Eaves band and brackets to overhanging roof. Pedimented gable containing
tripartite stepped window with round-arched centre light. Stucco balustraded
front wall and gatepiers. Included for group value only.
