Detached villa. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to parapet.
Tudor/"Gothic" style. 3 storeys. Irregular composition on corner site. 2 bays
Blenheim Road with entrance to right hand return. Facade to Blenheim Road with
gable to left hand bay and canted ground floor bay window. Ground and first
floor windows square-headed 2-light with cross mullions. Drip-moulds to upper
windows. Casements. To right a broad stack rises to coped parapet and
chimneys. Right hand return with gable.
