Row of houses. Mid C19. Stucco. Roof not visible. 4 storeys each house, 2
windows wide (No 10 with extra bay over carriageway to left), Nos 11 and 12 with
C20 shops to ground floor. Altered bay windows to ground floor of Nos 10 and
14. First floor individual bombé balconies. Square-headed windows, architraved
except to second and third floors of No 14. Cornices to 1st floor windows of Nos
10,11 and 12, with additional pediments to Nos 11 and 12. Nos 11 and 12 also
with cornices to second floor windows, sashes, glazing bars. Dentil cornice
above third floor. Included for group value with houses in Westbourne street.
