Terrace house. Late C18, altered. Stuccoed with slate roof. 4 storeys. 4
windows wide. Ground floor altered for mid C20 shop front but retains doorway to
right with concave reveals and semi-circular fanlight. Upper floors have revealed
sash windows, no glazing bars, flat arches. Crowning cornice and blocking
course. The entrance hall retains good decorative plasterwork to barrel vault
with pendentives (rather in Taylor manner), stone staircase with wrought iron
balustrade, 1st floor drawing room with doorcases and decorative plasterwork to
ceiling etc. Included for group interest only.
