Terrace house. c1748. Brown brick, slate roof. Three storeys, basement and mansard
attic. Three windows. Plat band and sill band to first floor. Stone bracketed
cornice and parapet. Ionic columned porch on corner. Revealed glazing bar sashes with
flat gauged arches. Early C19 cast iron balcony to first floor.
