Detached villa. Mid C19, restored. Yellow brick, stucco dressings, slated lipped
roof. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide, plus one window 3 storey
recessed wing to each side. Symmetrical composition. Channelled stucco to
ground floor. Central projecting pilastered porch, solid sided panelled door.
Square-headed windows, pilastered surrounds to ground floor. First floor windows
architraved and corniced, stucco balconies. Stucco band above first floor.
Plain, unmarked windows above. Sashes, glazing bars. Eaves cornice.
