Detached house. Circa 1840. Brick. Stucco dressings. Slate hipped roof to
eaves. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Square headed pilastered
entrance to right. Panelled door, square headed windows; architraved, sashed,
those to ground floor pilastered and corniced. Glazing bars. Part of Clifton
Hill planned layout.
