Inscribed over door "Samuel and Martha Hamer 1762", but carcass of previous C17 house
(of one build with no. 29 Pot Green) is incorporated. Coursed rubble. Two storeys.
Two wood-mullioned windows of two and three lights (but lower right-hand one is replaced by
C19 bay window). Central door in moulded doorcase with cornice. Multiple-moulded
eaves, gutter-cornice, with pulvinated frieze. Brick gable chimneys. Slate roof.
