Game Keeper's cottage. Late C17. Squared coursed lias with thatched roof.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 2-window range of casements with leaded
lights and wood lintels. One 3-light stone mullion window on ground floor to
left. Gabled roof with ashlar gable parapet and kneelers. Mid C19 brick
porch has arched head and lancet window. C18 single-storey scullery to left
and game pantry to right. Roof dormer to rear. Interior: Ground floor south
room has bressumer and arched head cupboard to right with curved back. Dogleg
stair. Fielded panelled dado in first-floor rooms north. Collar roof trusses
with butt purlins.
