Farmhouse. "IRM 1741" on datestone (The Ridgeway family).
Flemish bond brick with clay tile roof. 3-unit lobby-
entrance plan with 2 storeys, later porch and continuous
lean-to at rear. 3 bays with 2 3-light casement windows in
each bay; the ground floor with cambered brick arches, the
first with flat. Later pitched roof porch between bays 1
and 2, and first floor window between 2 and 3. Overhanging
eaves and 3 ridge chimney stacks with oversailing courses.
Internal beams are plastered over.
