Farmhouse and 2 adjoining cottages. "IWA 1738" and "IWA
1707" inscribed on door lintels but with additions of the
later C18. Squared rubble with graduated stone slate roofs.
A 2-storey double-depth range of 1707 which was extended to
right and left in 1738 and later. The central range has an
ovolo-moulded door surround to the right and 2 and 4-light
double-chamfered stone mullion windows to each floor. The
right addition of 1738 has a similar door surround and 3, 4
and 5-light flat-faced stone mullion windows (one with 2
mullions removed and one with 2 lights blocked). The left
addition is considerably taller, is a separate cottage and
has a 3-light flat-faced mullion window to each floor, a
plain door surround and blocked attic gable lights. The
windows to the rear are various 2 and 3-light flat-faced and
recessed and there are 3 doors.
