House. "EPM 1747" (Edmund Platt) on datestone above door.
Hammer-dressed watershot stone (now painted) with graduated
stone slate roof. 2-unit plan with 2 storeys and a wing of
slightly later date set back to right. Quoins. 3, 4 and 2-
light ground floor windows and two 4-light first floor
windows. All but 3 of the double-chamfered cavetto-moulded
mullions have been removed and a later window inserted
between 2 of the ground floor windows. Lean-to garage to
left gable with more altered windows above. Entrance wing to
right has dressed door surround with 3 and 4-light windows
as above with majority of mullions missing. Ridge and gable
chimney stacks.
