Pair of houses. 1840s. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys
with basement, 3 bays to each house and central bay with
blind windows. 1st floor sill band and top frieze and
bracketed eaves; end panelled pilasters. Windows have label
moulds and are sashed, those flanking 1st floor blind
windows have glazing bars. 2 iron 1st floor balconies.
Entrances in return wings have architraves, that to No. 23
has new entrance in return; that to No. 25 has 2 panel door.
