House. 1820s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band, 1st
floor sill band, top cornice and blocking course. Windows
have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Round-
headed entrance has Doric doorcase, complete fanlight and 6-
panel door. Plain iron railings to area and steps.
